Interval – An interval class that combines strength training and cardio to create a challenging workout for your entire body.

Total Body – Total body conditioning which simultaneously strengthens, stretches, and defines all muscle groups by aligning the body and eliminating excess tension and strain on the joints. It’s the hottest trend in New York!
Cardio KickBoxing – This addictive workout combines shadow boxing, kickboxing, and dance moves in a fun and exhilarating atmosphere. Terrific music with high energy will keep you moving and feeling great. Come ready to kick, punch and move in this action-packed, interval based, cardiovascular workout. Yoga/Pilates – An upbeat class that combines the slow controlled breathing and stretching of yoga with the core tightening and strengthening of Pilates.
