Classes Description

Extreme Boot Camp – This high energy workout combines kick-butt boot camp exercises with dance moves for an intense shaping class. Tone and build strength while burning mega calories, all set to a mix of great hits.

Cardio Tone – This class offers a great combination of low to moderate intensity cardio and strength training exercises.

Interval – An interval class that combines strength training and cardio to create a challenging workout for your entire body.

Step – High energy, heart pumping classes uses step choreography to keep you moving to the beat of the music.

Total Body – Total body conditioning which simultaneously strengthens, stretches, and defines all muscle groups by aligning the body and eliminating excess tension and strain on the joints. It’s the hottest trend in New York!

Cardio KickBoxing – This addictive workout combines shadow boxing, kickboxing, and dance moves in a fun and exhilarating atmosphere. Terrific music with high energy will keep you moving and feeling great. Come ready to kick, punch and move in this action-packed, interval based, cardiovascular workout. It’s kickboxing and much more!

Yoga/Pilates – An upbeat class that combines the slow controlled breathing and stretching of yoga with the core tightening and strengthening of Pilates.

Zumba® – Learn basic influenced Latin dance moves in a aerobics workout. Enjoy the dance styles of Salsa, Meringue, Cha cha cha, all while getting fit. Perfect for beginners to intermediate.
