Beginning Strength Classes - Create a leaner, stronger more flexible body using classic sculpting and stretching techniques.
Cardio Blast Classes – An intense and fun cardio and weight training class that sheds calories and builds muscle! Create a strong, sleek body using interval circuits and a variety of equipment, while keeping everything fresh and exciting!
Cardio Salsa Classes – This workout combines the hot Latin rhythms of salsa, merengue, samba with traditional aerobic fitness class style steps. You’ll feel great during and after this total body workout, be energized, while having a blast!
Core Yoga Classes – This class focuses on using yoga postures to build strength and balance in the back muscles, abdominals and glutes.
Kick Boxing Classes – This addictive workout combines shadow boxing, kickboxing, and dance moves in a fun and exhilarating atmosphere. Terrific music with high energy will keep you moving and feeling great. Come ready to kick, punch and move in this action-packed, interval based, cardiovascular workout. It’s kickboxing and much more!
Pilates Core Classes – A core conditioning class which strengthens and lengthens key muscles of the pelvis, ribcage, shoulder girdle, spine, back and abdominals. Its benefits include a healthier back, a stronger pelvic floor, increased bone density, greater postural awareness, better breathing, a stronger core and greater flexibility.
Power Flex Classes – Tone and sculpt your entire body in this strength and flex class. Enhance muscle strength for increased fat burning while improving over-all bone density and augmenting balance and coordination.
Step Classes – High energy, heart pumping classes uses step choreography to keep you moving to the beat of the music.
Zumba® Classes – Learn basic influenced Latin dance moves in a aerobics workout. Enjoy the dance styles of Salsa, Meringue, Cha cha cha, all while getting fit. Perfect for beginners to intermediate.
