The Grand Blanc Fit Zone opened in November, 2005 and has been going strong since Day 1. We are the most complete “women’s only” fitness facility in the area. Our club has been designed with bright and appealing open spaces, and mood enhancing color schemes. Natural sunlight is allowed to enter through the many windows while respecting your privacy with window treatments that allow light in, while eliminating viewing from the outside.
When entering the facility, you scan your membership card and your check-in is complete. Your friendly staff will always greet you with a smile, and ask if you need any assistance. High-energy upbeat music sets the pace for your workout experience. Our spacious locker room has individual lockers, and private changing rooms. Your comfort is our top priority.
You will have a variety of exercise options every day. Need a quick effective workout? You’ll want to do the Nautilus for Women 30-minute circuit training program. A Program That Adapts To Meet Your Growing Fitness Level So You Will Continually See Improvements and Avoid Hitting A Plateau. Exercise Will Become Exciting. Often our workouts become stale and boring. If that continues, we will begin to hate exercising and eventually stop doing it regularly. A trainer will keep your program fresh and keep you excited about it. Maximize Results. A trainer will be able to guide you and push you to see the results you want to see in as quick a time as possible. Consistent Accountability. Having a trainer will motivate you to be consistent in exercise and will continually motivate and encourage you to go after your goals and never give up. Nutritional Input and Help. What you eat is a key component in being fit and healthy. A trainer can give you some basic nutritional input as well as ask you keep a food journal to help see what effect, good or bad, what you are eating is having on your goals. A Trainer Can Help You Achieve Not only Your Specific Goals Of Weight Loss and Toning but Also Specific Fitness Goals. Whether you want to train for a race, improve your strength or flexibility or improve your performance in a specific sport, a trainer can design a program to help you achieve these goals. You Will Become More Confident. As you work with your trainer you will be pushing yourself and trying new exercises and see that you can do more than you might have thought you could before. You will feel more confident in your abilities and more open to new exercises. You Will Get Regular Body Composition and Fitness Evaluations.
